Training for All
Training for All’, a concept proposed by the National Training Policy, 1996. With the
government moving towards a citizen-centric paradigm, it is very important that the
employees at the cutting-edge level who deal with citizens be provided requisite
training to provide good quality of services. While the need for organizing saturation
training of all employees is implicit in the principle of ‘Training for All’, this has turned
out to be a daunting task given the resources required to train the large number of civil
servants at the Group C and D on a saturation basis.
