The   vision   of   the   Induction   Training   Programme   (ITP)   for   cutting   edge   officers   is   to   empower   them with   the   required   skills   &   training   so   that   the   government   institutions   would   be   able   to   provide better   public   services.   Induction   Training   Programme   significantly   impacts   the   Service   Delivery   and Capacity   Building   in   Public   administration.      ATI   West   Bengal   is   conducting   training   under   this   project in different districts
