NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed quotations are invited from the intending recognized, enlisted firms/contractors to procure condemned articles on “as is where is basis” from the campus of ATI, Government of West Bengal , Sector – III, FC Block, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700106. Interested parties may visit ATI and contact the Office of the Deputy Director (Administration) to inspect and verify the articles before quoting rate (s) on any working day from 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. They may also collect the detailed list of such condemned articles from the same office. The sealed quotations shall be dropped at the box specified and kept at the Office of ATI. Government of West Bengal, FC Block, Salt Lake, Sector III, Kolkata – 700 106.

The quotationers have to deposit an amount of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees : Three Thousand) only in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Administrative Training Institute, Government of West Bengal as Earnest Money. Unsuccessful quotationers will be refunded their deposited earnest money immediately. Earnest money deposit of successful quotationers will, however, be refunded after lifting of the articles from the campus of the Institute.

The successful quotationer shall have to lift the articles from the ATI premises within 7 (seven) days from the date of the order, failing which the E.M.D. shall be forfeited without any opportunity of being heard.

The last date and time for submission of quotation is 24.09.2008 at 4 p.m.

The date and time for opening of the received sealed quotation is 25.09.2008 at 4 p.m.

Intending quotationers or his authorized representative may remain present at the time of opening of the quotation.

The authority reserves the right to reject/cancel any quotation or quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
