NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed quotations are invited from the intending, recognized suppliers for mounting of 3 (three) Nos. of LCD (Make : SANYO; MODEL : PLC-XW55)  Projector in the ceiling of Lecture halls Administrative training institute (ATI) ,Govt. of West Bengal, Sector-III, FC – Block, Salt Lake, KOLKATA – 106. Intending quotationer  may visit to ATI and contact Sri Amitava Pal, PO(IT) before quoting rates(s) on any working day from 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. to see the halls and places where the LCDs are to be mounted.

Quotation should be dropped at the specified box kept at the office of the ATI, Ground floor.

The last date and time for submission of quotation is 20th September, 2008 upto 2.00 P.M.

The date and time for opening of such quotation is 22nd September, 2008 at 11.00 A.M.

Intending quotationers or their authorized representative may remain present at the time of opening the quotation.

The authority reserves the right to reject / cancel any quotation or quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever. For any other information please contact Deputy Director (Admin.)
