The Institute has completed a Training Needs Analysis for selected Government Departments and District Collectorates, a project sponsored by Department of Personnel and Training , Government of India. The Study has identified organisation-specific areas for training interventions primarily for Group C employees. It has also identified many of the organisational and non-training issues, which have a bearing on performance
